FAM Registration Request

Please register me for the FAM trip to Bali for the date I select below. I am mailing a deposit check of $200 per person made payable to "Signature Tours Trust Account" to the address shown on your CONTACT US! page. I understand that my FAM cost (excluding taxes) will be refunded in the event that I sell at least 33 passengers on any subsequent Signature Tours Bali program. I also understand that this refund will only apply for my fee and does not apply to my companion’s.
