ITINERARY
Day 1. DEPART NORTH
AMERICA Enjoy your jumbo jet flight to the Orient with
complimentary headsets, movies, beverages and meal service. (2 IFM)
Day 2. EN ROUTE
As you cross the International dateline and move your watch ahead 16 hours,
you temporarily "lose" this day. You'll gain it back later.
Day 3. BANGKOK,
THAILAND Arrive in exotic Bangkok and settle into your home for the
entire stay in Thailand, the Century Park Hotel or similar. This
4-year old hotel has 383 guest rooms with a
full range of international amenities. The spectacular black and gold marble
lobby is fully complimented by the wall size paintings. It offers attractive
rooms with tasteful furnishings, marbled bathroom with separate bathtub and
shower, hairdryer, pool, steam room, health club, beauty salon and restaurants.
The hotel is situated in the midst of the bustling commercial and shopping
district of Pratunam, near the Victory Monument. (IFM)
Day 4. BANGKOK / THE
ROYAL GRAND PALACE The highlight of our morning tour is a visit to
the Grand Palace, the Coronation Hall, the Famous Emerald Buddha and the
replica of the Angkor Wat Temples. Tonight, your Tour Director will offer an
optional visit to the Patpong night market. This bustling market is lively and
fun and a bargaining paradise. (B)
Day
5. DAMNEON SADUAK FLOATING MARKET / THE ROSE GARDEN / THAI VILLAGE SHOW
Early this morning we depart Bangkok for Damneon Saduak, where we board a
long-tail boat and cruise to the fascinating floating market. Later, we make a
short stop to see Southeast Asia's tallest and Thailand's most massive
Buddhist Pagoda in Nakorn Pathom. Continue to the picturesque Rose Garden for
lunch. After lunch, enjoy the spectacle of a colorful Thai village show -
Buddhist ordination procession, sword-fighting, folk dances, and a traditional
wedding ceremony. A show of elephants at work is the perfect finale for this
wonderful day. We will return to Bangkok this evening. (B, L)
Day 6. AN EVENING OF
TRADITIONAL THAI DINNER AND DANCE
PERFORMANCE A day at your leisure to do some more shopping or to
pursue your own interests. Your Tour Director will be available to assist you
with your plans and will highly recommend an optional tour to Kanchanabury and
the famous Bridge Over The River Kwai. Tonight, enjoy dinner in an authentic
Thai restaurant. This pleasant evening shows you an aspect of Thai hospitality
with a meal that is meticulously prepared and served in the customary manner.
Then, a classical dance performance is presented with the glittering costumes
and the grace and beauty of the Thai dancers, bringing the folk stories of
Thai culture to life. (B, D)
Day
7. THONBURY KLONGS CRUISE Today we take a boat trip along the Chao
Phraya River and the Klongs (canals) of Thonbury. The cruise will take us
along cool, winding klongs where you can see typical Thai life along the banks
and visit the Wat Arun - the famous Temple of Dawn. (B)
Day 8. FLY TO HONG
KONG Fly to bustling Hong Kong and settle into your home for 2
nights, the Harbour Plaza Hotel or similar, located in Kowloon, Hong Kong's
major shopping, dinning and entertainment area.
The
hotel offers 5 restaurants, bar, pool and health club. This luxurious hotel
has beautifully decorated rooms with marbled bathrooms, hairdryers and full
international amenities. (B plus IFM)
Day 9.
HONG KONG SIGHTS / VICTORIA PEAK / REPULSE BAY / ABERDEEN
FISHING VILLAGE A splendid
introduction to the wonders of Hong Kong, this morning's sightseeing tour
takes you to Victoria Peak, where you will enjoy the breathtaking views of the
city, the famous "Fragrant Harbour", the surrounding hills of the
Kowloon Peninsula and the South China Sea. We then continue to Repulse Bay
with its splendid beaches and to Aberdeen, where boat dwellers live on junks.
The afternoon is at your leisure. (B)
10. JOURNEY HOME
Today we transfer to Hong Kong's International Airport for our flight home
arriving in the U.S. the same day ("gaining" back the day we
"lost"), filled with wonderful memories of our exotic vacation in
Southeast Asia. (B plus 2 IFM)

TERMS AND
CONDITIONS - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Reservations and Cancellations:
A deposit of $200.00 per person must accompany each reservation. Payment of the
balance of the tour price should be made no later than 76 days prior to
departure. Payments by credit cards are not accepted. If cancellation is made up
to 76 days prior to departure, all monies deposited will be refunded except for
a $150.00 handling fee per person. Cancellation fees for passengers who cancel
75 days or less prior to departure for any reason are as follows: |
75-46 prior - 50% of gross fare |
45-16 days prior - 85% of gross fare |
15 days or less prior - 100% of gross fare. These
are heavy penalties and no exceptions will be made.
We
therefore URGE all passengers to purchase cancellation insurance when booking
this tour.
Not included in the tour price:
Taxes
and fees (airline ticket taxes, departure taxes, airport fees, security fees,
customs & immigration fees, hotel taxes and service charges, handling fees,
and all other taxes and fees, currently $147.00, to be paid with your final
payment), the cost of passport, the cost of all drinks including wine, liquor,
hot drinks, soft drinks, bottled water, meals not listed in the itinerary, items
of a personal nature, extra hotel charges such as telephone calls, faxes,
e-mail, pay-per-view movies, mini-bar, room service, laundry, and gratuities
for the tour director, local guides and drivers.

responsibility of Signature Tours, Inc. (ST) is strictly limited. As a tour
operator, ST organizes, promotes, and sells tour programs and vacations
consisting of certain travel services, including, but not limited to, surface
transportation, sightseeing excursion, cruise/hotel accommodations, and meals
and entertainment that ST purchases or reserves from various suppliers. The
suppliers providing travel services for ST’s tour programs and vacations are
independent contractors and are not agents or employees of ST. To the extent
that ST is involved in the sale of air and/or cruise transportation to you, ST
acts as agent of the air carrier and/or the cruise line. For all other purposes,
ST does not act as agent for any party whatsoever. ST is not responsible for the
willful or negligent acts and/or omissions of such suppliers or of any air
carrier and/or cruise line or their respective employees, agents, servants, or
representatives, including, without limitation, their failure to deliver or
their partial or inadequate delivery of services. All coupons, receipts,
invoices, and tickets are issued subject to the terms and conditions specified
by the suppliers, air carriers, and/or cruise lines.
By utilizing the travel services of the
suppliers, you agree that neither ST nor any representative shall be liable for
any accident, injury, property damage, or personal loss to you or to those
traveling with you in connection with any accommodations, transportation, or
other travel services, or resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrences
or conditions beyond ST’s control, including but not limited to, acts of
terrorism, war, defects in vehicles, breakdown in equipment, strikes, theft, or
delay or cancellation of or changes in itinerary or schedules. All pricing is
subject to change. ST reserves the right to correct promotional or pricing
errors at any time, or increase the program price in the event of cost increases
due to changes in airfare, cruise fares, currency fluctuations, park fee
increases, taxes or fuel surcharges. ST reserves the right to decline to accept
or retain any person as a member of any tour or vacation at its discretion. ST
and/or its tour directors retain the right to terminate the participation
(without refund) of any group member at their discretion, if such person's
health, actions or general deportment impede the operation of the tour and/or
causes any hardship to the tour director and/or other tour members. In such case
there will be no refund to the tour member for the unused portion of the tour,
and all additional expenses incurred, such as airline ticket change penalties,
transfers to the airport etc., will be the sole responsibility of the tour
member whose membership was terminated. ST reserves the right to cancel or alter
at its discretion and without notice, any tour or vacation including, but not
limited to, change of dates, routing, change of hotels, meals, shows and/or
sightseeing services of any itinerary and/or tour and/or vacation outlined in
this flyer and/or brochure. If for any reason, ST changes a hotel(s) to a lower
category, you may either accept the alteration or elect to cancel, in which case
you will be entitled to a full refund.
Sellers of travel in California are
required by law to disclose the following: CST # 2030748-40. Registration as a
seller of travel does not constitute approval by the state of California.
California law requires certain sellers of travel to have a trust account or
bond. Signature Tours Inc. has a trust account. Signature Tours Inc. is a
participant in the Travel Consumer Restitution Corporation (TCRC). Transactions
made by passengers from outside of California are not covered by the TCRC. All
payments for travel services not provided to the passengers shall be promptly
refunded, in accordance with the agreed-to terms and conditions.
